The Annual Pass Membership is a 12-month private photography membership for families who want their lives documented thoughtfully, over time.
This offering is intentionally limited. Rather than photographing as many families as possible, I work closely with a small group each year, allowing for continuity, availability, and a deeper understanding of each family I photograph.
Requesting an invitation opens a conversation. It allows us to explore whether the Annual Pass is the right fit for your family—and whether I have availability to support you well.

Here's how the Annual pass works:
The Annual Pass Membership is a 12-month (renewable) plan for Washington DC area families who really love photography, and want a personal, ongoing relationship with a family-oriented photographer for whatever comes along.
The greatest benefit of the Annual Pass is one you might not suspect until you see it in action. Having more frequent, low-stakes photo sessions helps everyone feel more comfortable, which leads to better photos. This can be especially ideal for photographing shy kids, or for getting amazing photos of children on the autism spectrum. And honestly, if you or your spouse feels resistant to photos, an Annual Pass might be the cure: because you know you've got several sessions ahead, each one feels less stressful. The more trust we build from working together, the more relaxed you and your kids will feel every time we get together. Most kids whose families have an Annual Pass think that their photo session is a play date with Katie. And that's when some real magic starts to happen.
If you’re invited to join the Annual Pass Membership, you will initiate your pass with a membership fee of $799. Once you're a member, the following benefits are yours for the next 12 months:
Unlimited 40-60 minute sessions* for 12 months, $175/session
Annual pass members receive all digital files from their session in an online gallery, print-ready, and available for download.
Full digital galleries are organised and archived for the life of your membership
Signature half-day sessions available at a preferred member rate
